Friendly staff, organized activities for kids, recommended nice restaurants, nice park/playground nearby, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, fantastic cuisine in the restaurant.

Everything was spot on.

I had a wonderful stay in a very calm neighborhood, located in a quiet area across the street from a park. The hotel's service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. In the mornings, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the courtyard, surrounded by beautiful decorations. the hotel's location was perfect, with all important sights just a short walk away.

The wifi was unreliable and couldn't be used, which was a bit inconvenient.

In-room breakfast was delivered promptly and was delicious. the restaurant had a variety of options with amazing flavors and presentation.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of beach access.

Staff treated us like family, made dinner arrangements, nice selection at breakfast. Extremely happy with our stay.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was away from the main tourist areas, offering a quieter and more relaxed environment.

One downside we experienced was that all tours in Italy required upfront payment in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions of the city, which could be a drawback for some people.

Great suite for families with separate areas. Two bathrooms were very helpful. Terrific terrace as part of the room. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and organizing activities for us, including a guided tour and a master-class. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious and there was a lovely garden where we could enjoy it. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
